Welcome 2010!

January 14, 2010

A new year is upon us. Yes, I know it is already 2 weeks in, but I’m sorry – I have been ENJOYING it and sunning myself far too much to even think of sitting at my desk writing on my computer. But now I am here. I’m very sorry if you have been missing me terribly and wondering when on earth I am going to post again. Fear not, avid readers, I have returned for the year.

Well, RCG has some very exciting news for the year ahead! We are really turning it on for you. Without revealing too much in one go, I will let you know we have a new Fashion writer – not a new Fashionista, Gil is still around taking your pics out and about on the town, but we now also have Kirstie joining the RCG team! Kirstie is going to be writing a weekly fashion journal, profiling different fashion themes each week and showing them to you. She is an amazing young girl who wants to follow her dreams rather than fit into the box given to her by society – that’s my type of girl!

RCG will be doing a lot more collaborations this year with a range of young people who are living their own personal dreams rather than walking the path set out before them by what we call society – hopefully they will inspire you, as I try to do everyday, to figure out exactly what it is that you want to do as well and follow these desires, if you are not already!

So, we have a new year – have you made any new year resolutions? Mine is to follow my dreams and create a life exactly how I want it to be. Sounds easy huh? Let’s hope!

Anyway, I’d love to hear what your 2010 resolutions are, so leave a comment below :)

Great article. There’s a lot of good data here, though I did want to let you know something – I am running Mac OS X with the current beta of Firefox, and the layout of your blog is kind of quirky for me. I can read the articles, but the navigation doesn’t work so great.
