healthThere are so many things out there that are supposedly ‘good’ for us.

Exercise, diet, relaxation, sleep, water… these all sound so achievable, in theory. The thought of leading a life of optimal health sounds so appealing – but why is it so difficult for most of us?

I think there is no easy way around this. Going to the gym or hitting the pavement is tough. Finding the motivation can be very, very difficult. But it’s something we need to do, for both our physical and mental health.

Other types of physical activity, such as yoga, can be both mentally and physically challenging as well, and can vary greatly depending on what style you choose.
