The first thing I love about this product is that it’s made in NZ. Based down in Christchurch, Linden Leaves started in somebody’s garage! The next best thing is it’s aromatherapy base, giving it calming, soothing, uplifting properties – depending which range you use and what oils are in it. I used the ‘pick me up’ range, and I am supposed to be going to bed but am writing this article instead – telling me something? The oils used in this range are top notes of citrus (pettigrew and mandarin) with base notes of rosemary and lavender. You definitely smell the citrus top notes first, but upon closer inspection (sniffing) the herby base notes become more apparent. The last, (and my personal favourite) best thing about this product? They state on the box that this shower gel aims to “promote happiness”. Love!
